Capzasin-P is an over the counter medication used to treat minor aches and pain of the muscles and joints. Capzasin-P belongs to a group of drugs called topical analgesics, which work by reducing the pain signals sent to the brain. 

This medication comes in a cream, gel, and liquid form, and is applied to the affected area 3-4 times a day. 

Common side effects of Capzasin-P include redness, pain, and burning/tingling.
