Celestone is a prescription medication used to treat inflammation caused by multiple different disease states. Celestone is used when you can not take medications easily by mouth. This medication belongs to a group of drugs called topical corticosteroids which work by suppressing the over-active immune system.

Celestone comes in an injection and is given into the muscle. It can also be injected into the joints.
