Gynazole-1 is a prescription medication used to treat vaginal yeast infections. Gynazole-1 belongs in a class of antifungal medications called imidazoles. It works by slowing the growth of fungi that cause infection.

This medication comes in a vaginal cream and is usually used once daily at bedtime. 

Common side effects of Gynazole-1 include vaginal burning, irritation, and stomach pain.
