Anthea Garza-Calvillo, Pharm.D.

Anthea Monette Garza-Calvillo, PharmD is currently working in Mission,Texas. She attended Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in 2003. She achieved honorary academic excellence and was awarded membership into the Rho Chi Society and a recipient of the APhA/ASP Mortar and Professionalism Award. Dr. Calvillo completed a Post Graduate Pharmacy Practice residency from Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas. She broke historical ground as the first accredited pharmacy resident for the entire Rio Grande Valley. She has focused her career in hospital care setting.
