Parviz Kavoussi, M.D.

Dr. Parviz Kavoussi completed his residency in urology and a 2-year fellowship in Andrology: male infertility, sexual medicine, and microsurgery at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

He joins his father and brother at the Austin Fertility & Reproductive Medicine, where he solely provides care for men in the areas of infertility and sexual medicine. This unique fertility practice is a family helping patients begin their families. Austin Fertility & Reproductive Medicine is the only fertility center in Austin, Texas with fellowship trained specialists in male and female infertility and reproductive medicine.

Dr. Kavoussi received his MD from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and subsequently completed his residency training at Texas A&M Health Sciences Center, Scott & White Memorial Hospital. His publications have included textbook chapters, as well as peer-reviewed articles in multiple journals. He also has instructed post-graduate courses at national meetings and has a seat on the American Society of Andrology Public Affairs and Policy Committee to advise and promote the best clinical practices in the fields of sexual medicine and male infertility.

Dr. Kavoussi has been selected as an expert to peer review manuscripts for publication in the Journal of Sexual Medicine as well as infertility and sexual medicine manuscripts in the Journal of Urology.

His practice offers vasectomy reversals and no-scalpel vasectomies. Additionally, the doctor offers treatments for male infertility, varicocele, erectile dysfunction, penile curvature interfering with intercourse, premature ejaculation and other ejaculatory disorders.
