Sanjay Batra, MD

Dr. Batra attended medical school at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed his general surgery residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. Dr. Batra completed a cardiovascular and thoracic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Batra is board certified through the American Board of Surgery and National Board of Medical Examiners and board eligible in the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Batra specializes in adult cardiac surgery, valve repair, minimally invasive and off-pump heart surgery, thoracic and esophageal surgery, pacemakers and implantable cardio-defibrillators.
